Comfortable Stay with Great Location
We enjoyed our three-night stay, particularly the cozy ambiance and proximity to subway stations. The staff always greeted us warmly, making our stay special. Before heading out, do check out the nearby restaurants for local fare. they're fantastic. Just be prepared for softer mattresses.

Do recommend for a short-term stay
Clean room, friendly staff, the perfect location for early starts, especially with the Staten Island Ferry right across the road.
Not a glamorous hotel.

the good, the bad, and the unexpected
An ideal location near Battery Park and the Financial District made exploring easy, though the room was compact. The staff were welcoming, accommodating our request for adjoining rooms, which eased our family trip. The views, however, weren't as stunning as expected. A lovely stay overall, but be wary of the hefty breakfast price!

The lobby did echo with noise, but it was less of an issue once inside my room.

The location was perfect for visiting attractions and we enjoyed a game at Barclays Center Brooklyn. It’s easy to walk to various sights and the subway is super close. The staff was friendly and the room was cozy, making our stay enjoyable.
One downside was the water pressure in the shower, which was really low and caused flooding in the bathroom. It was a bit frustrating during our stay.

Oh, lemme tell ya about the breakfast—made to order, fresh goodies! And the staff? They served up kindness with a side of smiles. Plus, that gym was fully loaded for a serious sweat session.
Now, the location is kinda tucked away, and housekeeping? Not so reliable. shower was a bit grimy with a slow drain. Talk about a foot of water!

I had a lovely time at this Hilton Garden Inn. The King Room with Water View offered an amazing view of the river. The staff greeted me warmly, always friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the clean, cozy vibe of the lobby. The quick check-in process made things easy after my travels. A highlight was the in-room safe and fridge, perfect for snacks and keeping drinks cool. However, I faced a few inconveniences during my stay. The room felt small, with limited space to put my belongings. There wasn’t much room to lay my suitcase flat without rearranging things. The breakfast options didn’t impress me, especially compared to European buffets. The wait for service was too long, making it easier to grab something quick from nearby places instead. All in all, it’s a solid choice but could use improvements in breakfast service and room size.
